PROGRAM OVERVIEW
1 Hour of Behind-the-Wheel Driving Lesson
The 1-Hour Adult Driving Lesson at My First Drive Driving School is for those students who are already comfortable behind the wheel and just need to zero in on a specific area before their road test. This is a targeted session — not a full course — tailored for drivers who know exactly where they need improvement and want focused, professional guidance to get there.
If there's a particular maneuver, technique, or scenario you want to work on, make sure to let your instructor know at the beginning of the session so they can make every minute count.
Note: If there are specific driving skills, maneuvers, or areas the student would like to work on, please request them prior to the lesson so the instructor can plan the session accordingly. Otherwise, the instructor will evaluate the student’s driving and focus on areas where improvement is needed.
PERSONALIZED DRIVING INSTRUCTION
During the lesson, the instructor will observe the student’s driving and provide guidance based on their current experience and ability. Students can use the lesson to practice skills they are already familiar with or receive additional instruction in areas where they lack confidence.
Depending on the student’s needs, instruction may cover one or more of the following:
● Vehicle control and steering
● Proper turns and lane positioning
● Lane changes and merging
● Parking and maneuvers
● Traffic signs and signals
● Speed control and following distance
● Safe driving habits
The instructor will provide feedback throughout the lesson and explain areas where the student can improve.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
Students can schedule their driving lesson online according to available appointment times, making it easier to fit professional instruction into their schedule.
IMPORTANT: This package includes 1 hour of behind-the-wheel instruction only. Driver education courses, observation hours, and DPS road tests are not included and must be purchased separately if required.
