PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Our Texas adult driver’s education package is designed for adults who want to complete their driver training and license exam in one convenient program. This TDLR-approved package combines professional in-car driving lessons with the official DPS road test, ensuring students receive both the training and evaluation needed to earn a Texas driver’s license. With expert instruction and a built-in testing option, this program is a direct path to becoming a safe and licensed driver.

9 HOURS OF BEHIND-THE-WHEEL TRAINING

Students will complete 9 hours of private one-on-one driving instruction with a certified TDLR instructor. Each lesson covers essential skills such as defensive driving, lane changes, highway merging, parallel parking, stop-and-go traffic, and safe turning. Training is tailored to the student’s comfort level and experience to build confidence behind the wheel.

Lessons are offered seven days a week, and scheduling is flexible through our online booking system. Vehicles are equipped with dual controls for added safety, and instructors provide step-by-step feedback after every session. This ensures students are fully prepared for daily driving challenges as well as the Texas DPS road exam.

Important: A valid Texas learner’s permit is required before scheduling driving lessons.

DPS ROAD TEST

This package includes the official DPS-authorized driving test, administered directly at our licensed driving school. Students can take their test in a familiar environment without the long wait times at a DPS office. By completing both training and testing at one location, students enjoy a smoother, less stressful licensing process.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must present a valid Texas learner’s permit
• Completion of the IMPACT Texas Young Drivers (ITYD) course

This adult driving school package in Texas provides the hands-on practice and certified testing needed to earn a driver’s license quickly and confidently.
