My First Drive Driving School LLC collects your personal information when you use the website and communicate by email or phone. This information can include your name, contact information, phone numbers and payment information.

Student records are retained for the duration required by applicable state law and for legitimate business and compliance purposes. Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, records are securely destroyed or disposed of in accordance with reasonable data-destruction practices.

By enrolling in any program or service, the student and the student’s parent or legal guardian acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. The student and/or parent or legal guardian further represents that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge.

SMS and Email Terms and Conditions

You agree that My First Drive can send you booking reminders, relevant information and other marketing via phone, SMS and/or email. You can opt out of any marketing.

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages from My First Drive, you expressly consent to receive SMS and/or MMS messages related to driving lessons, scheduling, confirmations, reminders, administrative notices, promotions, and other school-related communications. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier.

Message frequency may vary. My First Drive is not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or failed messages due to technical issues, carrier limitations, network availability, or factors outside its reasonable control.

My First Drive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS messaging service at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law. By opting in, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing electronic communications.

Marketing-related text messages are optional, and consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or enrollment. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time without affecting your enrollment or services.

Media and intellectual property

By purchasing or participating in any products or services offered by My First Drive, the student and/or the student’s parent or legal guardian expressly consents to audio and video recording in and around the training vehicle and on or about My First Drive premises during driving sessions and related activities, for safety, training, quality assurance, and business purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that all photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings captured or created by or on behalf of My First Drive in connection with its services are the exclusive property of My First Drive. You hereby grant My First Drive a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute such media, with or without audio, on its website, search platforms, social media channels, marketing materials, and other promotional or informational outlets.

If you have concerns regarding the use of your likeness or voice in such media, you must notify My First Drive in writing. My First Drive will make reasonable efforts to address such concerns for future use; however, previously created or published materials may not be removed or altered.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My First Drive assumes no responsibility or liability for the unauthorized use, distribution, or misuse of any photos, audio recordings, or videos by third parties not affiliated with or controlled by My First Drive, including reposting or redistribution on third-party platforms.

Social Media

My First Drive Driving School LLC may tag you in a photo on Social Media or include your Facebook profile photo if you leave a testimonial. You can request for photo to not be displayed or shared.

Business Transfers

If My First Drive Driving School LLC was acquired, or in the unlikely event that it goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
