POSTING REQURIEMENTS

Rules for posting

Student's post must meet following post requirement in order to be eligible for a free driving lesson:

  • Student's IG content must be original.
  • IG reel must reflect positively on My First Drive.
  • No inappropriate content and/or language.
  • Post must tag @myfirstdrivetx
  • Student must add @myfirstdrivetx as a collaborator.
  • Reel must remain posted for at least 30 days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ELIGIBILITY:

  • student must be currently enrolled at My First Drive and must not have take the road test.
  • student must have purchased at least seven (6) hours of driving lessons after July 1, 2025.
  • One (1) free driving lesson per eligible student,
  • Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or credits.
  • My First Drive may modify or discontinue this promotion at anytime without notice

VIDEO REQUIREMENTS:

  • Reel content must be original.
  • Content must positively reflect student's experience with My First Drive.
  • Content must not contain inappropriate language, nudity, or driving illegally or any type of unsafe manner.
  • Post must tag @myfirstdrivetx
  • Student must add @myfirstdrivetx as a collaborator.
  • Reel must remain posted for at least 30 days.
  • All aspects of the filming, posting, and sharing must comply with state and federal laws.
  • My First Drive reserves the right to use the posting for marketing purposes.

POSTIGING VERIFICATION:

  • Student must send a DM to @myfirstdrivetx after posting the reel for verification.
  • My First Drive reserves the right to deny the reward if the post cannot be verified, violates guidelines, or fails to meet eligibility requirements.

SAFETY AND LIABILITY:

  • Students are solely responsible for safely creating, filming, and posting their video.
  • Participation is voluntary, and students assume all associates risks.
  • My First Drive Driving School, , its owner(s), staff, and instructors assume no liability for:
    • The creation, filming, or editing of the video;
    • Any injuries, accidents, or property damage related to the video;
    • Any issues arising from posting or engagement on Instagram or other platforms.
